Delivery is included for members and a la carte orders $49+ in the Twin Cities metro area from Anoka to Forest Lake and Minnetonka to Woodbury. Delivery is available to outer suburbs (Elk River, Stillwater, Eagan, Bloomington, and Eden Prairie, etc.) for an additional $20.
