1. PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT A. Device Information When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. Order Information Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers, Venmo accounts, Paypal accounts, bank accounts), email address, phone number, shipping/delivery preferences, whether you have pets at home, whether anyone in your home smokes, color preferences, and your due/delivery date(s). We refer to this information as “Order Information.”
Customers also sometimes provide us with information about other individuals, such as when a customer sends a gift card or uses our referral services to tell a friend about us. In those cases, we may ask that customer to provide the recipient’s name and email address. (We may also collect Personal Information in any personalized message that is submitted with a gift card or referral.) We will send the recipient email correspondences with the gift card or referral, and invite them to visit the Site or otherwise use the Services. Personal Information received from a referral or gift card, is used for the sole purpose of sending these email correspondences, and for tracking the use of the gift card or the success of our referral program.

Registration. In order to use some features of the Site and Services, including the rental of inventory, you must first register an account with us and agree to the Terms of Service. To register an account, you must provide an email address and other Personal Information. We may also ask you for shipping and delivery preferences, whether you have pets at home, whether someone in your home smokes, and your due/delivery date(s). We use the email address you provide to contact you about the products and Services, and to create a tailored experience for you.
Orders. If you order a product from us, we request certain Personal Information from you, whether you access the Services from our Site otherwise. You must provide contact information (including name, shipping address, telephone number) and a payment method. We use this information for billing purposes, to fill your orders and to communicate with you about your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.
We record what you order and associate it with your account profile. When you return an item, we may ask you for information about your experience, such as an item rating or review. We record that information to better personalize our Services for you and to improve our Services for others.
Personalization of Service. To improve your customer experience, we may request personal characteristics, such as your shipping and delivery preferences, whether you have pets at home, whether someone in your home smokes, and your due/delivery date(s). Baby Gear Group Partners. Baby Gear Group engages in marketing and promotional activities with carefully screened brands, or, “Partners,” which we think will appeal to our customer base. From time to time, Partners may also be provided with non-personally-identifying or aggregate information demographic information of customers on our Services and statistical information about buying behavior, and Partners may be given opportunities to market to select segments of our customer base indirectly.
